Our development team at Nexus Cognitive run a series of reports that track duplicate rides, suspicious speed and earning to prevent cheating.

Rides will be marked invalid if they reach certain speed limits, go under a certain distance or other metrics we track to insure a fair reward program. If your ride has been marked invalid and you feel it shouldn't have, please email [e-mail]
